Purpose: The aim of the study was to observe relationship between age, body mass index (BMI), physical activity, and kyphosis angle parameters with respiratory function capacity in community-dwelling older adults determine main predictor.
 Methods: A prospective cross-sectional carried out 70 adults. Physical activity level questioned Activity Scale for Elderly (PASE). Thoracic degrees were measured a digital inclinometer.
